Processing Time
Each bracelet is made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your bracelet to be made and prepared for shipping. Delivery time is additional and begins once your order has been dispatched. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Packaging
All pieces are carefully packaged to protect your jewellery during transit. Orders arrive ready to gift.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at admin@wearyourfaithbytish.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll work with you to make it right.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping timeframes and costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
